Returns
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
In such cases, the order must meet the following conditions:

The packaging must include all original components and items and must be in the same condition as received.

The product may only show normal signs of wear resulting from its intended use. Damage caused by improper use will not be accepted.

Products that are sensitive to hygiene requirements must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.

Any damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

The return request will be processed within 7 business days and, provided that the above conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within that period.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is evidence that the products have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our responsibility.
